Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with UZR. We want you to love your purchase — but if something isn't right, we're here to help.


Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

We do not accept returns for:

Items purchased during a sale or with a discount

Personalized or customized items

Items showing signs of wear or damage caused after delivery

To start a return, please contact us at  customer.uzr@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.


 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original and place a new order.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
