You agree to use the website only for legitimate inquiries or orders.
False or fraudulent orders may be canceled, and relevant authorities may be notified.
You must provide accurate contact information.
You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
3. Availability of Services
We offer shipping worldwide. Availability of products may vary and is subject to change.
4. Formation of Contract
A contract is only formed when your order is confirmed and invoiced. Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute contract formation.
5. Product Availability
If a product becomes unavailable, we may cancel your order and issue a refund for prepaid orders.
6. Right to Refuse Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion without liability.
7. Cancellation & Returns
Orders may be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
Returns are only accepted if products are unused, in original condition, and returned within the specified time.
Customized or unsealed items are non-returnable.
8. Risk & Title
Risk transfers on delivery. Ownership transfers only after full payment.
9. Delivery
We aim to deliver per your order confirmation. Delays may occur due to unforeseen events.
Shipping: ₹100 for orders below ₹2000
Three failed delivery attempts = return to origin (RTO) and credit to UZR Wallet (prepaid only)
10. Pricing & Payments
All prices are inclusive of taxes.
Errors in pricing may lead to cancellation or revised offers.
Bulk/high-value orders may be restricted.
UPI, cards, net banking, and COD accepted.
Payment confirmation is sent via SMS/email.
11. Liability
We are not liable for:
Indirect losses (e.g., revenue, data, business)
Incorrect returns without proof
Losses from Force Majeure events
12. Intellectual Property
All content is owned by us or licensed and cannot be used without permission.
13. Communication
By using the website, you consent to electronic communication for contracts, notices, and information.
14. Governing Law
Indian law governs all transactions. Disputes will be handled under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
